Weapons:
Hero U E:
Wind's Sniper rifle. When Wind fuses his energy with the gun, it's
capable of pircing through all typs of metal, and all but the most
powerful energy shields. It has bullets for all needs, never runs out of ammo, and hits on the cross hairs at any and all ranges.
It was made from scrach by Wind when he was just a child, and he regularly
upgrades it for increased preformance.
Peace Maker Magnums:
Two semi auto-matic pistols given to Wind by a good friend.
Like the sniper rifle, Wind can fuse his energy with the 12 mm. magnums,
which allows them to fire on a perfectly straight tragectory within 200 yards.
Soul Canteen: A water canteen used for carrying souls
Epeon:
A rarely used sword.
Special abillities:
Instant Camouflage: This ability camouflages Wind so he is at least 50% camouflaged no matter how close he gets to the beholder.
from 50 to 100 yards he becomes around 75% camouflaged after the 100 to 300 yard range he becomes nearly impossible to see. (This isn't counting any camofladged clothing Wind minght be using at the time.)
Energy Weapon Fusion: This ability is always in effect. It allows Wind to
fuse his spirit energy with any weapon he gets his hands on. By fusing
his energy with a weapon, Wind can supercharge it, and in some cases
make a special move out of the wepons normal abilities. This ability comes
from an advanced knowledge of nearly all small arm modles and weapon tactics
that he gained over the years he spent in the military.
Furry Zero System: This transformation takes Winds already superbly
fit muscles, and makes them bigger, geneticly stronger, and more efecient.
At the same time, his mind is taken over and partially-controlled by the desire
to finish any and all objectives, kill all oponents, and live to tell
about it. This also takes away all emotion and or feeling of pain, or fear.
This makes him one of the most dangerous enemys that can be faced.
The transformation is caused by the chip inplanted in his head by the government,
which activates a controll mechanism over his spiritual energy. Luckily for Wind they
never figured out how to make it controll him completely.
Special Attacks:
Spirit Sniper: This attack is sucsessfully completed when Wind locks
on to a target at no more than 100 yards, and fires a special round that transfers
the aponents soul into Winds soul canteen if it hits. Should the soul become
trapped the sould can be crushed, released, or used by Wind.
This attack can only be done once per battle UNLESS!!!! Wind uses the souls power to
recharge his sniper rifle (the only gun he can use this with). In that case, he can
continue to use the technique, but the initial opponent would regain all his power after
a very short time because their soul woul still be realeased ( one post without spirit
energy would be fair). The attack must be spoken by Wind before it can take effect.
Should the get crushed it would kill the opponent. Releasing it obviously removes Wind
from any controll over the soul so he can no longer kill the opponent or use the soul to his
advantage. No matter what, after the soul has been used in one of the three ways possible,
it is no longer under Winds controll, and it's never under his controll longer than one
battle period.
Saber of Choice: This is another move that Wind must call out before use. It
acts as a single move where Wind attempts to attack an opponent with his Epeon. It looks like
he attacks three times fast but only one place he can potentially hit will do any damage to
an opponent, the other two are bluffs. Illusions if you will. The opponent is allowed to
chose which two of the three attacks to avoid. One cut will be made accross the chest
diagonally, one will be made across the legs, and the last will be a thrust to the heart.
If the attack across the chest hits the opponent will be wounded and paralyzed completely
for one post giving Wind enough time to either run, or (more likely) finish the fight.
The idea behind this attack is this. Wind sees the first strike to be the most important.
He is a sniper by trade, but he develloped this to be capable of combatting a swordsman.
He put his feelings about sniping into his swordsmanship. "If the first in a string
of attacks is not effective then no following attacks will be either."
Ararua: An attack powerful enough to destroy a large city.
Wind can do this move three times per battle. Each time it takes all his stats down by
33.3 % (with a repitend over the .3) including health, and energy. It is Winds most
powerful spirit energy attack, and can only be done while the Furry Zero System is activated.
This is because Wind can not normally get that much energy out of his body for anything but
weapons. The Furry Zero System allows for such a change in ability. This attack can be dodged
if you are a fast runner or can teleport extreemly well. However, you probably won't get luckey
three times in a row. Wind can use it three time, but it will knock him out after the third try.
Details: Wind is quieter due to the fact that he thinks a lot can usually
be understood about him through his attitude rather than his words.
His temper is not very bad, but like most people, he can be enraged,
and motivated by that rage to do things otherwise not normally possible.
He strives to be a gentleman to everyone deserving, and lives to blow out fires.

spirit energy, and use his energy to manipulate and magnify a normal
weapons abilities by supercharging all it's atributes, with his energy.
His father, recognizing his unique tallents, disobeyed his
wife, and sent *** to the Finnish government at the "tender" age of 10.
The government did expirements on him because of his abilty to controll
spirit energy but they never learned anything valuable from it. During these crule
expiriments he was enhanced with a computerized chip lodged in his brain, which would
allow the activation of steriod like body inhancements. They wanted to make him
a machine that could put out the various fires the faced......Wind.
The government treated Wind like an adult in boot camp evntough he was young,
and made him go through nearly impossible training untill he was about 25. He
did missions for them, and killed till their hearts were supposed to be content.
We all know that the heart of man will never be content in Earth.
"With wisdom commeth much sorrow." Wind was what many could consider a torture victim.
Though he had it much worse in his youth than many MANY other children who think
they have it bad, Wind never complained to anyone. This may be because he never had much
to say, but I feel as if he realized that life is what you make of it........He also held
a certin attitude twords taking life. "You get to live your life and make it happy. That's
your lot. Then I will stop it. With a rush of metal and air, followed by a sound that you
will never hear."
You see, he made no difference, right or wrong about taking a life under the circumstances
of a mission.

studying history, math, literature, and hunting. He did have time to relax, and he took it
even though he fit the otherwise strenuous life alloted him perfectly, and would have been
fine with living in a "colorless world." He chose to expand his mind as well as his body.
By the time he was 27 he had his mind concluded to not just be a weapon, and had decided to
be as intelegent in as many subjects as he could. But, he never forgot his true strenght,
and love, sniping. Some time near his 28th birthday, he fianally got tired of being ordered
to kill pathetic prey such as defensless political figures. He broke out of the undergound
lab he lived in, and emerged himself into the world of the professional assasin. In a half
a year he became revered in the underground as the most successful assisin in the country,
and a year later, he was known all around the world. Due to his abilities most of his
missions were easy, but one day when he was about 30 during a normal plaster
and run mission, Wind encountered someting he never had seen before, a demon.
The demon's name was Neith. Neith was a part time paid body guard for a local crime lord
that Wind was supposed to kill. Right before He pulled the trigger, his rifle fell way off
aim and shot into the ground (leaving a crater). When Wind looked up, he saw Neith standing
on the barrel of his gun. The two duled for a few minutes, but in the end Neith won, and
decided to let Wind live. The two bacame freinds after Neith ended up slaying the crime lord
on his own.
Neith encouraged wind to develop his spirit energy abilities, "instead of wasting your life
on pitiful opponents".
Since then, *** (Code named by the old government he worked for,"Wind"),
has persued and gained strength, equal to the most powerful fighters, and most demons
and now continually seeks new and better opponents to slay for the HUNT.
